How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of MRB SHOP (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This stuff is the real deal. The previous owners of my home had carpeted over the hardwood floors and we couldn't understand why they would do that. After pulling up the carpets it was clear that the floors hadn't been cared for at all since the house was built in 1966. I was dreading the amount of work and money it would take to restore the floor. To put it lightly, I was embarrassed of the floors and I couldn't afford to put carpet back on. The floors were faded, there was whiting from 50+ years of footpath usage and damage, marks from kids and dogs, my wife spilled nail polish remover in one spot, I left the mop on one spot overnight... It was ROUGH. Because of the kids and dogs I have no desire to professionally redo my floors just to have them destroyed again. So I needed a cheap fix.I cannot describe how happy I am with this product. You want to talk about value vs quality? WOW! You just don't get quality products for low prices anymore but this stuff has me floored! (Dad pun, couldn't help myself!) You can see a lot of the issues my floor had in the before and after shots. This stuff made me fall in love with my floors again. There's no denying that one day I'll pay big money to have scratches removed but this is the next best thing.I used this stuff on a dining room floor, living room floor, hallway, and on steps. This product is nothing short of amazing. I wish I had taken more Before pix. I have some antiques and from moving 3 times in the last 4 years the movers managed to add more nicks and dings. And my dog used to jump up to check if there was food up there leaving scratches. My kids also have left glasses which made those water rings on the wood. I was seriously thinking how I was going to carve out time to stain this thing. Then I saw an article on BuzzFeed about this product.It did not disappoint. I have used the Almond Stick Furniture Eraser which made the scratches fade but came right back up again. This product does not do that. It goes on smooth. A little goes a long way. I applied it to a piece of an old flannel sheet I cut up (for staining and art stuff) and rubbed it on the scratches. It immediately worked. The wood looked rich and like new. I ended up doing the whole piece. I wish I had taken more before photos but I was so excited it was working so easily I just kept covering the piece. I have attached a few.
I had to come leave a review after buying my second bottle! We recently bought an older home with some faded woodwork. The plan was to sand and paint it white but having two little kids, it’s just not a priority at this time. I found this product through a Facebook ad, actually and after seeing the reviews bought a bottle. It really is as good as the reviews say! I’ve included photos before and after the application. One month later, I think I need to reapply lightly in some areas just because the wood was so dry but I’m very happy! When I applied, I liberally applied with an old washcloth and did not wipe it off. I did the whole first level (1200 sq ft), master bath, and the desk in the photos with 1/2 bottle but ordered the second bottle as I want to make sure this is on hand at all times!
Wow. I bought this because the customer images looked amazing, and I wanted to see if I had as good of results. Verdict? This product is worth every penny. I had so much fun seeing the prettiness return to the few items I conditioned, that I was looking for more items to use this on around my house! I bought this to use on my wood trim around the house, and I know it's going to work perfectly after testing it on some tables.My only issue is that it's a little hard to remove, but overall its such a small degree of difficulty, it's barely worth mentioning. This stuff is absolutely AMAZING. My wife and I were getting tired of looking at our worn out cabinets and wood paneling and were very close to paying a professional thousands of dollars to refinish it all, but then we came across this product. OMG! This is the most AMAZING product! We inherited some antique furniture from the 30's that had been in storage forever... it was dry and dirty and not much to look at. I used this product on it and the oak wood literally came alive showing the beautiful grain and texture of the wood. I have since used it on my oak kitchen cabinets and they look AMAZING! I bought this after seeing it featured in a Buzzfeed article and reading the reviews. My great-Grandfather built the table I use in my kitchen and it’s gotten pretty roughed up over the years. The product was easy to apply, then I left it on for 20 minutes before wiping away any residue. It does have a strong scent, so I kept the windows open for a bit. It definitely improves the appearance. It did not completely erase the water rings, but it dramatically minimized them. It’s not a miracle worker- the table still ultimately needs to be sanded down and refinished, but short-term, this is a huge improvement. The finish isn’t sticky or oily at all and the smell dissipates quickly. I would recommend it definitely over other polishes I’ve tried.
